Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Dallas Invites Area Students to Enter NFCC BE MONEY WI$E National Poster Contest
Contest Stresses Smart Financial Management, Winner Receives $500 and Trip to D.C.

WHO: Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Dallas (CCCS Dallas), a non profit provider of budget, credit and housing counseling, and financial education, invites area students to participate in the nationwide BE MONEY WI$E poster contest.

WHAT: This year's BE MONEY WI$E poster theme is "Financial Responsibility Begins with Me." Posters must be between 8 1/2" by 11" and 11" by 17" in size, although 11" by 17" is preferred. All posters must be submitted on white paper/stock. The 2008 National Poster Contest features three grade categories:

Elementary - 3rd through 5th grades
Middle - 6th through 8th grades
High - 9th through 12th grades
The posters will be judged on expression of the theme, artwork style and content, and creativity. For detailed information on rules and guidelines, visit http://www.nfcc.org/NFCC_PosterRules_08.pdf.

WHERE: Drop off posters at your local CCCS office or mail posters to:

WHEN: The deadline to submit posters to your local CCCS office is March 7, 2008.

WHY: The national first place winner will be presented with a $500 U.S. savings bond and an all-expense paid trip, with a parent or guardian, to Washington, D.C. for Financial Literacy Month in April. Finalists will receive a commemorative t-shirt.
